Brazil is a huge country with varied regional customs and traditional dishes that go way beyond the Brazilian ‘steakhouse’ concept that many in the U.S. know. Ofa’s cuisine is inspired by the bold flavors and fresh ingredients found in those regional dishes.
A variety of fresh and seasonal meat, chicken and fish always combined with greens , grains and the traditional "Farofa" the undeniably typical Brazilian side dish made of toasted yucca flour and spices - Ofa's menu will take you through a journey of flavors of Brazil.
Also the traditional Caipirinha (pronounced kai-purr-reen-yah) the national drink of Brazil made with a high quality Cachaça (the Brazilian distilled spirit made from fermented sugarcane juice), lime and sugar and "Rabo de Galo" – the portuguese literal translation for “Cock Tail”, Rabo de Galo is a tasty stirred drink formula in Brazil made with artisanal aged cachaça mixed with Cynar and Vermouth.
Developed by the awarded Brazilian mixologist and bartender Jean Ponce (Guarita Bar , D.O.M), our signature cocktail menu includes special creations such as "Cravo Fresco" , our South-American interpretation of the classic Gin and Tonic - Hendricks Gin, english cucumber, simple syrup, fresh lime juice garnished with indian cloves or "Abacaxi" - a refreshing tropical cocktail made with artisanal white Cachaça, pineapple puree, simple syrup, fresh lime juice and mint leaves.
